Council planning record

Lime tree - Recently been cut back, as approved and commissioned by the council. When in full leaf, and the council will not accept the pruning to be done that often, in high winds the tree moves alarmingly, such that we prevent our children being in the back of the house. While the council assure me it is in good condition, the same was true of a tree that came down in the Hurlingham Club children's playground earlier this year. Only 11m from our house. We would want the tree to be cut so that it no longer poses that threat or if that were not to be possible, to limit its height to say 15m so at least the main part of the house would not be hit if it were not fall. Similar work has been carried out on plane trees in our neighbourhood streets that belong to the council.
