Variation of Conditions 2 (Drawings) of listed building consent (ref. 2020/01842/LBC) dated 20th October 2020 for the "Internal and external alterations to the Grade II Listed Town Hall. Repair and restoration of rooms of heritage significance including interventions within the Assembly Hall. Internal alterations to include new platform lifts, doorways and room layouts and general reconfiguration of ground to fourth floor. Alterations at roof level, to include lowering of the courtyard parapet to accommodate new accommodation at roof level and within a roof extension.
