Erection of a part-1.7 metre high obscure, part-1.2 m clear glazed screen around part of the flat roof of the existing three storey back addition at third floor level, in connection with its use as a roof terrace; alterations to the existing rear roof dormer extension to allow access to the proposed roof terrace, including the addition of new glazed access door, new rear window and a low profile glazed rooflight; installation of a new rooflight to the front roofslope.
