Erection of a single storey rear extension at ground floor level; alterations to increase the ridge height and the height of the main roof and gable roof by 125 mm; alterations to the existing dormer window to the front roofslope to provide a door giving access to the existing parapet; installation of 2no. new dormer windows to the side roofslope; replacement of the existing dormer window to the rear roof extension with a full-height glazed door opening onto a new 'in-roof ' balcony with a guard rail; installation of solar panels on the existing flat section of the main roof; replacement of all existing timber framed windows and doors with double and triple glazed timber framed windows and doors; installation of a new window to the side elevation at ground floor level.
