Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 2022/02178/FUL granted 31st October 2022 for the 'Erection of a new dormer with a door and Juliet balcony on the rear roofslope; erection of rear extension at second floor level above the back addition; installation of new rooflights and solar panels above the main flat roof at roof level and above the roof of second floor rear back addition and extension; replacement of first floor rear facing back addition window with French doors and Juliet balcony; replacement of first floor rear facing window and replacement of all front facing windows; and installation of an air conditioning unit with an acoustic enclosure in the rear garden.'
