Garden redesign FRONT and BACK. 2 trees being retained - large yew on Hartswood Road side (subject to a TPO) and a newly planted magnolia in the front garden facing Stamford Brook Road. All others, including a very old pear and 2 poorly maintained and unidentified trees to the side of the house are planned to be removed. Replace with 10 multi-stem trees alongside some pleached Fagus Sylvatica along the boundary walls.
