Non-material amendment to planning permission reference: 2021/01074/FUL dated 27th May 2021 for the "Erection of a single story rear extension, to the side and rear of the existing back addition." Amendment sought the addition of 2 no. top hung opening panes to the previously approved pitched side return roof glazing.
