Application overview
Non-material amendment to planning permission reference: 2020/00536/FUL dated 1st May 2020 for the "Conversion of first and second floor maisonette to use as two self-contained flats; erection of an additional floor, including the formation of a terrace to the front elevation; erection of a three storey rear extension at first, second and third floor levels, over part of the existing back addition." Amendment sought to Condition 18 so that No. 16 Ongar Rd, the existing middle flat (First floor only) has the restriction and No. 16B, the Second/Third Floor flat does not have the restriction to applying for Parking Permits. Any existing Parking Permits currently allocated to 16, will be surrendered as requested by the authority and the Applicant will not reapply for any relating to No. 16 as per the new planning condition as amended as requested here.
