Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 2019/01880/VAR granted 19th May 2020 to update the wording of conditions 19 and 23. Condition 19 to be updated to include reference to the Energy Strategy approved under application 2022/00404/DET. Condition 23 to be updated to omit paragraph A and to read as follows: 'If any new diesel fuelled generators and their abatement technologies are installed in the development hereby approved, prior to their operation details demonstrating compliance with a minimum NOx emissions standard of 100 mg/Nm-3 (at 15% O2) must be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. During the operation of the generators there must be no persistent visible emission.
