Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to provide minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2020/03333/FR3 dated 17th March 2021 for the "Replacement of existing dilapidated window, door and louvre sets to central communal cores with new aluminium framed window, door, and louvre sets to match existing design; removal of existing dilapidated external shiplap facade to the central core and installation of new non-combustible thin stone panelling system with aluminium sub frame." Amendments sought are alterations to the fenestration of the approved fire doors.
