Erection of a rooftop plant enclosure to house replacement refrigeration plant, including the installation of ancillary railings and a retractable maintenance ladder and the associated raising of the existing party wall, to the flat roof at second floor level above Flat 1, 187 - 189 Uxbridge Road; the installation of a new first-floor level obscured glazed window to the flank elevation fronting the existing courtyard of No.191 Uxbridge Road to the rear of the site; external alterations to the rear elevation fronting Coningham Mews, including the removal of the existing loading bay doors and their replacement with a louvre within the enlarged opening, the installation of a smaller louvre and a new access door; extension of the existing shopfront to incorporate No.185 Uxbridge Road, including replacement of existing entrance door with new automatic opening doors towards the right-hand side of the frontage and replacement lattice-style roller shutter.
