Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of the planning permission ref: 2021/03302/FUL dated 13th December 2021 for the "Erection of a front roof extension; erection of a rear extension at first floor level; further excavation and enlargement of rear part of the existing basement; installation of a new window to replace the existing window at second floor level to the rear elevation." Amendments sought are alterations to the flat roof of the rear roof extension to align with the ridge with the front roof extension, and introduction of a lightwell to the rear basement.
