The external works comprise the replacement of the loading bay cantilevered door with glazed lights and doors; the overlay of existing roof coverings; replacement of one canopy to the loading bay and two roof lanterns with openable lights to the flat roof of the rear extension; and the replacement of a mono-pitched glazed roof, external glazed door and side lights to an adjacent corridor. Replacement glazing to match existing in location and dimensions.
