Under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 removal of condition 3 of planning permission DC/24/02320/FULL1 dated 16.09.2024 (for erection of two outbuildings for use as a WC and teaching therapy space, in connection with authorised use of the site as childrens home (no increase in resident numbers)) to allow construction without the need for a scheme of noise insulation and mitigations for the outdoor buildings (including mechanical ventilation where necessary).
