T1 Common Horse Chestnut at front of property - Re-pollard back to previous reduction points, to include all trunk growth. G1 Selection of shrubs and Spruce on rear right hand boundary - Re-shape shrubs under canopy of tree and lift lower canopy to approximately 1.5m above ground level. (To include all other shrubs in rear garden as discussed).T2, T3 Yucca at front of property - Heavily reduce to secondary growing points further down the stems.T4, T6 Privet x1 and Cypress - Section fell as close to ground level as possible. (To include one dead shrub and a small Holly on rear boundary).T7, T8 Pittosporum and Viburnum on rear left hand boundary - Crown reduce the overall height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 3m, cutting back to appropriate growing points where possible.
