Variation of condition 5 of permission 18/04970/FULL1 (granted for first floor rear extension to provide additional physiotherapy/well-being therapy facilities) to allow access to the flat roof/stairs for purposes set out in the application form:(a) A means of escape from the building(b) To perform maintenance on the building, air-conditioning units or general property(c) In order to access and inspect the escape route at the rear of the building at ground floor level from the associated stairs to the pathway(d) In order to inspect the flat roof and the associated stairs to ensure that they are in working order and free from obstruction(e) In order to maintain and repair and inspect the said flat roof and associated stairs and the rest of the building(f) In order to gain access to the refuse / bin storage area situated on the ground floor at the rear of the building
