Weak main union, large wound at base extended up into main union. Fell. Space for replacement tree to be planted in the near vicinity. T10- Goat Willow approx 68cm DBH- Failed branch and hazard beam on limb on south eastern side towards house. Pollard to approx 15ft in height. T13- Weeping Willow approx 101cm DBH- Historic limb failure on eastern side. Reduce remaining eastern limb and south westerly limb by 2-4m to reduce risk of failure. Back to suitable growth points to match remaining canopy Please note not all trees on the application are protected by the LCC TPO as they are not old enough. Younger trees will be a conservation area matter dealt with by Harborough District Council
