Full planning application for the provision of an aggregate wash plant for the production of recycled aggregate; a ready-mix concrete plant; a concrete block plant; a leachate plant and associated biomethane injection plant; gas reciprocating engines with carbon capture technology (up to 12MW); up to 23MW solar photovoltaic array; up to 10MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS); an electric HGV and biogas refuelling facility; change of use of the existing composting plant to a solid recovered fuel (SRF) plant; provision of an office building (Use Class E); green infrastructure including landfill restoration; associated infrastructure including drainage and utilities; demolition of existing structures.
