Application overview
T1 Ash Work - Remove Reason - Too close to the retaining wall adjacent to the road with restricted root system, potential to fail and no long term safe retention viable. Previously given permission for removal. T2 Yew Work - Remove Reason - The size of the rear garden does not allow space for such a large tree. It is overwhelming and the dark dense foliage increases the overwhelming nature of the tree.
