T1 – English Oak (Quercus robur) A Mature tree with Ganoderma present at the base of the stem, These fruiting bodies have been present for at least 7 years. The tree is a feature of the garden as is to be retained, however, we recommend reducing the height and the south-eastern side of the crown to compensate for the decay present at the base of the tree, • Reduce height by up to 3m • Remove deadwood over 50mm • Reduce select branches on the South-East Side by up to 2.5m
