Application overview
The tree work specified in the application has been discussed with Jason Peach (LPA Officer) at a site visit on Mon 17 Jul 23. Group of Yew trees (G1) - Reduce by 1.5 - 2 metres (not exceeding 25% of the overall foliage). Provide 2 - 2.5 metres clearance over property. Crown lift to 3 - 3.5 metres over stream, making sure not to expose the neighbouring property.
