Construction of Link Road extending southwards from the A511 Bardon Road comprising a new approximately 450 metre section of highway, with provision of a shared foot/cycleway, construction of a fourth arm on existing Bardon Road/Stephenson Way roundabout junction, underbridge beneath the railway, diversion of existing public right of way (PRoW), demolition of four houses along the south side of the A511 and associated drainage works including a culvert through the railway embankment and balancing pond.
