Application overview
T1 Lime Work: Raise canopy to 5m. Reason: Maintain clearance to neighbours property. T2 Horse Chestnut Work: Remove weight and spread in primary lead over neighbours to North East by 40%. Reason: Poor union at base of lead with active crack. Reducing weight and wind loading will hopefully allow the tree to occlude the crack which will sustain the tree. In the event of failure of a primary lead the tree will not be able to recover and there is a serious risk to safety.
