Application overview
T1- Yew Work- Remove Reason - Growing through the canopy of mature beach tree and detracting from aesthetic value. T2 - Scots Pine. Work - Remove. Reason- tree leaning towards property. upper canopy is showing low vigour. The tree is in conflict with the beech tree that is deemed the priority specimen. There is another pine tree behind which is healthy so removing one will not impact significantly on visual amenity. G1 -leyland cypress hedge. Works-remove and replant with Cherry Laurel - to reduce risk of failure as the trees have been planted too close together for the height they have achieved and to gain more light to rear of property.
