Council planning record

13/8/2023T1 - Yew Work - Remove Reason - The Garden has a lot of mature trees and is surrounded by further mature trees. As a result light levels within the garden are low, which is restricting enjoyment of the property. It is felt that by removing T1 a window of sunlight and skyline will be created whilst minimising the impact on public amenity as the tree is screened by other trees. Pruning it is felt would need to be in excess of BS:3998 to have any impact. T2 - Giant Redwood - Leaning towards house (2nd from right hand side of 4 in row) Work - Reduce spread towards house by 2.5m from tips whilst maintaining a natural form to the tree. Reduce any vertical growth at top of the tree which has resulted from previous reduction and will develop into hazard beams by upto 2m. T3 - Yew Work - Crown Reduce by 20% approx. 1m. Reason - to maintain size and allow light into rear garden.
