Application overview
In the back garden of 13 The Fairway, we have an Ash Tree that is the subject of a TPO. The tree now provides excessive shading to the rear garden. Furthermore, due to a significant proportion of branches being dead, every time there is strong wind/rainfall the lawn is littered with dead/broken branches that have fallen from the tree. We now request permission for the tree to be removed and have consulted with a tree surgeon who has advised we submit this application. We look forward to receiving confirmation that we can engage the tree surgeon to remove it.
