ADDITION OF A LARGE FREESTANDING CANOPY TO THE SOUTH OF THE EXISTING COLLEGE BLOCK K. CHANGE IN LANDSCAPING AROUND THE BUILDING TO FACILITATE BETTER ACCESS TO AND FROM BLOCK K, WHICH IS TO BE REFURBISHED AND TURNED INTO AN SEN BLOCK. SPRINKLER TANK ADDED TO THE SOUTH OF THE BUILDING, BIN STORE ADDED TO THE NORTH. NEW FENCING TO BE CONSTRUCTED, AND CAR PARKING ARRANGEMENTS TO BE RECONFIGURED ACCORDINGLY. AN EXTERNAL DOOR WILL BE ADDED TO THE NORTH ELEVATION, AND ONE OF THE WINDOWS ON THE EAST ELEVATION WILL BE REPLACED WITH A LOUVRED VENTILATION GRILLE (IN A COLOUR TO MATCH THE WINDOW FRAMES).
