Application overview
The proposed development involves the change of use of a disused dairy farm to a temporary highways depot with winter maintenance activities. This will involve construction of an improved access off Nottingham Road, a temporary salt shelter measuring 20x12m, a vehicle wash down area, vehicle fuelling area and associated drainage works. A welfare cabin for staff is to be placed on site, parking for 3no. HGVs will be provided in an existing barn. A small area for staff car parking will be created on existing hardstanding. Lighting to the site will be necessary. Security fencing and gates will be provided to site perimeter.
