Application overview
Non-Material Amendment - seeking a non-material amendment to the original proposal which required us to provide six additional car parking spaces. The original plan was to site these on the Tarmacadam playground adjacent to the new development. This would have also involved removing the spaces located to the left of the boiler room and the removal of a feature brick wall. This would mean that there would be eleven car parking spaces to the left of the multiuse studio on the existing playground (Original Application reference 2017/0040/07 (2016/REG3MI/0318/LCC))
