Variation of Condition 10 To State: "Collected Non-hazardous waste brought to the site shall not be deposited other than in the waste receiving bays and the height of such deposits shall not exceed that of the walls of the bays. The height of the bays shall not exceed 3m. Collected uncontaminated inert wastes may be deposited and stored in the Area for the Storage of Soils and Hardcore as illustrated on Plan No 3, to a maximum height of 5m as indicated on levelmarker posts located as shown on Plan reference 2A.
