Retrospective planning application for revisions to approved waste transfer station, comprising alterations to the existing site layout and provision of new development including the placement of screening and crushing plant upon a new concrete pad (with a new 3m high concrete panel wall to the southern and eastern boundaries of the pad); and the installation of litter netting and supporting stanchions onto the boundary wall of the waste reception yard to an overall height of 7m. In addition the planning application seeks approval for an increase in the height of stockpiles from a maximum of 5m to 6m and an increase in the height of the south-eastern screening bund by 1m
