Planning conditions
  1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of THREE years from the date hereof. REASON: Imposed in accordance with the provisions of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.
  2. The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in conformity with the following submitted plans and details: - Drawing no. 124-141A-01A (Location Plan), 124-141A-04A (Proposed site plan), 124-141A-03B (Proposed Plan and Elevations) - Design and Access Statement - Heritage Statement - Flood Risk Assesment - Bat Survey REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
  3. Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Article 35(2) statement. The Local Planning Authority have worked with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner by seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to dealing with the application by making amenments to the proposed design and materials.
