Amendment to proposed works (22.10.2025):T1; 2x Magnolia (front of the house) - Reduce canopy by around a third. Reduce southern side of the trees to around boundary line (to clear streetlight). Reduce remaining canopies into a good shape but make no attempt to clear windows, which would be detrimental to the shape of the trees.. To prevent trees becoming a nuisance.
