Approval of matters specified in conditions of the planning permission in principle 21/0073/IC for a motorhome, touring caravan and campsite with associated facilities in respect of: Details of the proposed layout of the development including all aspects of the design as outlined within this condition (Condition 2); Details of all proposed building and other structures for the development (Condition 3); Details of bin stores to be erected on site (Condition 8); Details of proposed play area, including all details outlined within this condition (Condition 9); Details of all boundary treatments, including walls and fences to be erected within and around the perimeter of the site (Condition 10); Details of all surfacing treatments (Condition 11) and; Details of the proposed ground levels throughout the site and proposed finished floor levels in relation to a fixed datum point (Condition 12), all in accordance with Condition 1.
