Application overview
Works to TPO trees: T1 (Sycamore) - Crown raise tree to 4 meters and remove ivy. T2 (Sycamore) - No work required T3 (Sycamore) - Remove tree as it is suppressed by T1 and T2 and it has no amenity value. T4 (Sycamore) - Remove tree as upon inspection it has areas of black bleeding spots which is a sign of Phytophthora sp. Using a nylon hammer the tree sounded hollow which is also caused by the disease. T5 (Copper Beech) - No work required. With the removal of T3 and T4 we will be planting 3 silver birches in there place. The trees will be planted as young whips in the open space between T2 and T5. under TPO 1974 No 1 France Street Church
