Application overview
T13 HORSE CHESTNUT. Reduce 1 limb by 3m, with the final length of the limb being 3m. Reduce the eastern half of the crown by 1.5-2m. Remove 3 lower limbs to achieve a crown lift above neighbouring garden of no.18 Downalong. To reduce risk of limb failure, due to compromised major branch union at approximately 5m by maintaining the crown spread due to over extended branches that have not been managed in order to maintain the amenity value that the tree provides in accordance with BS3998.
