Council planning record

English Yew (T1) - in raise container at front of building. Reduce and reshape as follows: crown raise to achieve a 3 m clearance by removing branches up to 75 mm diameter. reduce lateral spread to East side - to relieve pressure and direct contact with building/gutter and roof tiles - removing side branches up to a maximum diameter of 100 mm to achieve a 1m clearance from the building/roof line. Wherever possible removing whole branches rather than shortening back to stubs. reduce lateral spread to Northwest; West and South sides to achieve a more compact form reducing by the following amounts: Northwest - 1.5 m to 2 m; West and South - 1m to 1.5 m - making all final cuts adjacent to living growth points. reduce in height by 1 m overall to balance the effects of the lateral reductions - leaving a rounded top and not a flattened form. Tree subject to TPO 1846.
