The proposal is to erect a new 2 bedroom domestic dwelling over 3 storeys in a brown field infill site at 20 High Street. The new building will resemble a traditional model of building and be attached to the sides of 19 High Street and 21 High Street as a continuation of the front elevation on High Street. Internally the building will be separated by a cavity wall from 19 and 21. The new internal cavity wall will provide support to any beams or structure internally in the new house in order to avoid any loads or stresses being applied to the neighbouring party structures.
