Demolition of existing external walls to arches 2 and 3 and replacement with new external walls to meet current building regulations. Two storey extension on eastern side to Arch 3. A single storey but double height extension to arch 3 on the western side to increase studio accommodation. A new canopy to the eastern elevation to provide cover and enclosure for users as they move between Arches Re-configuration of internal areas of all arches to improve accessibility both between arches and between inside and outside spaces. External works to include re-grading of eastern approach to improve accessibility to arches 2 and 3, the formation of a new compliant external access ramp in rear yard (west side) to improve accessibility to the site for users and staff and maximise available outdoor space.
