Discharge of conditions: 4 (details of slates and rainwater goods) and 5 (brickwork sample) of Planning Permission HS/FA/22/00479 (Demolition of a UPVC conservatory to the side of the house. To be replaced with an open structure verandah with a slate tiled roof. An existing door to the side elevation will be removed & infilled as it was originally.
