Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for the variation of condition 2 (drawing numbers) of planning permission 24/P/00645, approved 07/10/26 for the erection of a three storey block of flats (9 x 2 bed flats) with associated parking, bin store, cycle parking and landscaping (revised plans received 16/05/2025 - amendments to site layout and elevations) to align the materials provided to read across the second site approved and the window bars to match the existing hotel, to be approved in line with conditions we have submitted for materials.
