Non-material amendment to planning permission 24/P/01503 approved 03/12/2025 for the demolition of the existing building and erection of a mixed-use employment building comprising of self-storage with ancillary flexible office space (use class B8) and a flexible commercial unit for use class E, with associated atrium, hard and soft landscaping, and parking and servicing arrangements.
