Non-material amendment to planning application 20/P/01443 as varied by S73 permission 24/P/00415 (approved 31/01/2025) to amend the route of the footpath (plan LA_350 Rev D, to be replaced by plan LA_350 Rev E). Also additional text to be added to condition 17 to include reference to Arboricultural Impact Assessment and Method Statements (TPSarbQU0005 Issue 3 Rev 1, dated 20/03/2024) and Tree Protection Plan (TPSQU9005 TPP Rev C, dated 21/05/2021) insofar as they relate to the proposed amendments to the route of the footpath.
