Section 73 application for the variation of condition 18 (approved plans) of planning permission Y15/0178/SH for the demolition of rear and side extensions and conversion of existing building to form 2 self-contained dwellings and construction of two blocks to the rear garden to form 6 townhouses. Alterations proposed include amendments to the window and door positions to the west, east and north elevations, a reduction in height to the side extension, and re-positioning of the side facing dormer window within the roof slope of the existing building.
