Non-material amendment to planning permission Y18/1601/FH (Improvement of flood defences including construction of new timber groyne field, recharge of beach, strengthening of the 'green wall' & relocation of Denge Marsh outfall). To allow for removal of Condition 6 details of the permeable sheet piling. This amendment seeks approval for the revised drawings as described on the enclosed supporting documentation, which confirms the removal of sheet ping at Jurys Gap and South Brooks is no longer relevant.
