  1. The hours of working of the proposed works shall be: 0630 to 1900 hours Mondays to Fridays 0630 to 1300 hours Saturdays No operations shall be carried out outside these hours or on Sundays or Public Holidays without the prior written agreement of the Mineral Planning Authority. REASON: In the interests of protecting neighbouring amenity in accordance with Schedule 2, Part 19, Class C of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995
  2. Dust generated from the development shall be mitigated for in accordance with the Dust management plan submitted with application ref: 062110. REASON: In the interests of protecting neighbouring amenity in accordance with Schedule 2, Part 19, Class C of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995
  3. At all times during the proposed remediation works, best practical means shall be taken to ensure that the impacts of noise and vibration are minimised.
