All planting or other treatment comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the date this permission is hereby approved and any trees or plants which, within a period of five years of the time of planting, die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased, shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species. REASON: In order to ensure that the site is adequately landscaped in the interest of biodiversity and comply with Policy EN2 in the Adopted Flintshire Local Development Plan.
