A scheme of enhanced double/secondary glazing to the bedroom and living rooms windows which overlook the High Street and Rectory Lane must be submitted and approved by the Local Authority in order to protect the occupier's amenity and to comply with Policy HN5 and Policy EN18 of the Flintshire Local Development Plan.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Classes A - E of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order, 1995 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no development permitted by the said classes shall be carried out without (approval in writing of the Local Planning Authority) (Further grant of a planning permission of the Local Planning Authority).
