Planning conditions
  1. I the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the proposed dog exercise park, by virtue of the formation of hardstanding and associated operational development, would result in inappropriate development within the designated Green Wedge, adversely affecting its openness and rural character. Furthermore, the proposed use has not been demonstrated to constitute an essential facility for outdoor sport or outdoor recreation, nor does it fall within any other category of development considered appropriate within a Green Wedge under Policy EN11 of the Flintshire Local Development Plan. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy EN11 (Green Wedges) of the Flintshire Local Development Plan.
