- The development hereby approved shall be commenced before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with the requirements of Sections 91 to 93 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.
- The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans and documents: Application form received 03.10.25 Existing floor plan Existing site plan Proposed site plan Proposed block plan Location plan Existing front elevation Existing rear elevation REASON: To ensure that the development is carried out in accordance with the approved details.
- The play cafe hereby approved shall open between 08.30am -18.30 pm Monday to Saturday ,Sunday and Bank Holidays 10am-16.00pm Reason In the interests of amenity in compliance with Policy PC2 of the Flintshire Local Development Plan and for the avoidance of doubt.
